This workout is ideal for a warm-up or anyone looking to amp up their gym game. The stair master offers both amazing cardio and resistance training. This workout pushes your quads to run up the stairs after already doing a brisk jog up 100 stairs. I like to add this to my workouts 2-3 times a week.

Level 15 Steps 50
Level 2 Steps 60
Level 10 Steps 100
Level 15 Steps 50
Level 2 Steps 50
Level 18 Steps 40

–Cool down
